We stayed 5 nights and had really great time. Without doubt the location was marvellous and incredible right by restaurants and the National Mall, Centre of 7th St Plus it was located close to everything. Enjoyed every moment there.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment had a comfortable living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. The beds and linens were cozy, making for a comfortable night's sleep. I also appreciated having access to laundry facilities inside the apartment. the accommodations were excellent.

The location of this apartment was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry facilities available. The comfortable beds and cozy linens made for a pleasant stay.
Upon our arrival, we were disappointed to find that the washroom floor was dirty and had not been cleaned. Additionally, there was an issue with ants in the bathroom, which persisted despite our efforts to clean and temporarily resolve the problem.

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and its central location. It was so convenient to have a Giant grocery store within a 10-minute walk. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, from the bedding to the towels and floors. We appreciated not having to clean before leaving and just needing to start the dishwasher. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing immediate responses to our needs, even when it was dark outside and we couldn't see the keypad. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions like the White House, making it great for both business and solo travelers, as well as families. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location close to everything, and the helpfulness of the staff.

Great location, central and walkable. Easy access with code, no key needed. Comfortable living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. Cozy beds and linens. Laundry facilities inside the apartment. Ideal for business, solo, and family travelers. Friendly and helpful host. Older but charming apartment.
